This is a geological marvel located at Difathas shopping center, about 110kms from Nairobi and about 10km from Embu town.
In this marvelous natural feature, the River Nyamindi magically disappears through a rocky cliff, only to re-appear some metres downstream. A motorable road passes on top of this natural bridge. Thus, the locals call it ‘ndaraca ya Ngai’ or the bridge of God.
This little known geological site features wonderful rock formations and a river ecosystem which students of Geography will find educative.
